A paper describing the NPM2 Catalog and Cross-IDs, entitled ``Lick Northern Proper Motion Program. III. Lick NPM2 Catalog'' (R. B. Hanson, A. R. Klemola, B. F. Jones, and D. G. Monet) has been published in the Astronomical Journal (AJ, 128, 1430-1445, September 2004). This paper can also be accessed electronically via the Smithsonian/NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS), under the ADS Bibcode 2004AJ....128.1430H.
The Lick Star Identification Catalog (LSIC), completed in November 2005, is a supplement containing 32,093 identifications for 18,357 stars not included in NPM2, but identified by Klemola at the Lick Survey Machine. Section 7.4 of Hanson et al. (2004) describes the LSIC. These confirmed identifications and arcsecond-accuracy positions will be useful to observers wishing to locate these stars, as well as to compilers of stellar databases such as SIMBAD.
